Shadrick McNeal, also known as "Fleetwood" is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of High End Hauling. He has spent more than two decades “working in the woods."
From running heavy equipment to managing complex logging operations, he knows what it takes to move machinery from track to track, merchandise safely, and deliver every load on time. His hands‑on experience is the brains and backbone of High End Hauling, giving the company its edge and expertise in logging and trust from its partners.
Shadrick is more than just timber and trucks. His hobbies are horse training as well as managing his English Coonhound bloodlines. He loves the outdoors and can be found building relationships across many sectors.

Renata Spinks‑McNeal keeps High End Hauling running with the same precision and commitment you’ll find out in the woods. As Operations Officer, she’s the one making sure every haul moves smoothly from start to finish.
Her background as a nationally recognized executive and strategist gives her the ability to see the big picture, but she’s just as focused on the day‑to‑day details that keep the business strong.
Renata thrives on building empires based on systems that work. She's focused on keeping the company organized, and ensuring clients receive the premium service they expect.
